I recently bought a slightly used tree lounge. It's one of the newer lighter weight models. Put it on a tree for the first time this past Saturday and really liked it.

tree in lounge, Not so much for bow hunters. It kept the bow hunter too far from the tree trunk making it easier to be silhouetted. The platform was extended enough that it was like a spring board when standing to shoot.:secret: Hunt safe, so you can hunt again! with the tree lounge when you stand on the bowhunting platform you are out away from the tree. doesn't bother me.
tree in lounge, Other people that have used it say it is springy when you stand out there. I don't feel there is anymore motion standing on the bowhunter's platform than standing up in one of my summits. I have been sucessful out of both of them. Lounge is the most comfortable. It was the most comfortable stand I ever used. Well it was stolen a 2 years ago. I bought the API Grand Slam something or other. I’m not too happy with it.
