GI will be the first Nebraska location. Currently have stores in KC metro, Council Bluffs and Sioux City. Location hasn't been announced yet, but it looks like they use a fairly good bit of retail floorspace in their existing stores. Looks like the lot just north of Discount Tire just recently sold in January to a KAYTON GRAND ISLAND, LLC. The LLC was formed out of Seward, NE. Anyone have any idea what is being developed?
